Known as the most haunted alley in the world. During the day, it's a charming place for shopping and eating. At night, it's a ghostly playground with phantom brawls and spooky apparitions.
Stroll on the boardwalk of this protected estuary on the west end of Old Moon Bay. It’s home to the rare Willow Wisp Warbler and over 100 species of other birds, including the Black Guillemot, Piping Plovers, Saltmarsh Sparrows, and the Yellow-bellied Flycatchers.
Visible only during the full moon, bright blue bioluminescent algae lights up Old Moon Bay. Walk along the shore or paddle a glass-bottomed kayak for a magical evening.
